Tree Shears and Saws
Exac‑One's TreeMaster Tree Shear series delivers professional-grade tree handling with attachment flexibility and precision. The TreeMaster TL (Tree Lopper) is robust and efficient, built to fit excavators from approximately 1.5 to 14 tonnes. It cuts standing or fallen trees up to about 400 mm diameter in a single pass using a single fixed blade and serrated jaw for secure gripping during cutting.
For operators requiring grab-and-hold functionality, the TreeMaster TM integrates a powerful shear with a grab mechanism, suited to machines from roughly 4 to 20 tonnes. It features sequencing valves for safe timber securing before cutting and offers rotation options of 180° or full 360° for precision positioning.
For maximum versatility in forestry tasks, the TreeMaster MS Modular provides modular components that can be configured per task requirements. Adaptable between shear-only or grab-and-hold modes, it serves excavators between 7 and 14 tonnes and allows rapid tool changes through its semi-quick-coupling system. The modular design delivers enhanced agility and precision when pruning, felling, or processing timber.
Finally, the TreeMaster GS Grapple Saw combines a grapple and pivoting saw cassette into a single attachment capable of cutting up to 1 m diameter. Built with high-grade steels and industry-standard saw components, it offers smooth grapple operation with 360° hydraulic rotation, a “bar-safe” indicator, and a pivoting cassette to minimise chain snag risk. It’s ideal for safely grabbing and sawing fallen trees or branches in confined or complex sites.
