Exac‑One offers a versatile selection of mowing and mulching tools built for vegetation and land management—spanning compact Mini Mowers, mid-sized Midi Mowers, and rugged Forest Mulchers to suit carrier machines from 1 up to 35 tonnes.

Mini Mower
Designed for excavators from 1 to 10 tonnes, this flail mower is ideal for grass, scrub, and light vegetation clearance with cutting capability up to roughly 70 mm in diameter. It offers flexible carrier options including excavators, skid steers, and loaders, plus a choice of rotors or blades and adjustable rear rollers for better surface control.​
Midi Mower
Built for heavier machinery (6–14 tonnes), the Midi Mower extends the cutting capacity to around 90 mm diameter material. It’s constructed using high-strength Domex 700 steel, features hydraulic piston motors, and comes with options like floating links and adjustable flow control—ideal for embankments, boundary maintenance, and vegetation thinning.
Forest Mulchers (Mini, Midi & Maxi)
For tougher, woody vegetation cutting needs, Exac‑One offers a full Forest Mulcher lineup:

The Mini Forest Mulcher fits 2.5–12 tonne machines and handles material up to 200 mm diameter.

The Midi Forest Mulcher caters to 8–20 tonne carriers, efficiently cutting up to 250 mm diameter material using durable Wearox/Weldox construction and tungsten‑carbide or fixed‑tooth rotors.

At the top end, the Maxi Forest Mulcher suits 20–35 tonne carriers, capable of processing vegetation up to 500 mm diameter. These robust units feature piston motors, hydraulically operated covers, and modular deployment across excavators, loaders or tractors.
